Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you fully confident in your decision to join The Repairium Protocol. That is why every membership comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Take a full two months to move through the material, put it into practice, and see it work in your own relationship. If it is not right for you, you get your money back.

The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your initial purchase, we will refund what you paid in full. No hoops, no pressure, no need to justify your decision. This applies to any membership tier, monthly or annual.

 

To request your refund, cancel your membership using the steps below within your 60-day window. If you have difficulty for any reason, simply email us with CANCEL in the subject and we will take care of the cancellation and refund together.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to Cancel Your Membership

You can cancel at any time, directly from your account. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open the Subscriptions section.
  3. Click the three dots to the right of your membership.
  4. Select Cancel.
  5. Confirm your cancellation.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep full access until then.

After the 60 Days

After your 60-day window closes, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future billing, and you will keep access to everything you have paid for through the end of your current period. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for time remaining in a period.

If your circumstances change, or if you let us know during one of your check-ins that continuing is not right for your situation, we will cancel your membership and issue a refund, even if you are outside the 60-day window.
