The protocols inside Circuit Chronicles are built for women practicing repair inside a relationship that is safe enough to practice repair in. When safety is the signal in need of repair, no amount of communication protocol changes that, because the issue is not communication. The issue is safety. Different problem, different tool, and different professionals.
What you need right now is not a daily protocol. It is the right kind of help, from the right kind of professional, before any other work begins. The list below is the list I would give my own daughter.
